First impressions from looking at this cover you see the two faces of the artists and both hanging down could show they had a struggle. The long road could signify a long journey, the burning car on the side of the road could be presented as an obstacle during the journey. Also the writing colour being red can also imply danger the connotations of the colour red usually are associated with things such as danger, blood, scary or things along those lines. This is the album cover for the duo Krept & Konan, it was released during July this year and is called 'The long way home' as you can see. This is an album cover in the form of paint, this cover shows a long road leading off into the distance relating to the long road they possibly had to take to get to where they are now it could also signify the struggle in the music industry showing it is a long road till success. This album was also created in the United states which could also link to the very long roads out in the desert.

Stormzy - Dreamers disease - album cover analysis
This is the album cover for the London rapper Michael omari better know as Stormzy, the album is called dreamers disease which was released in 2014. When first looking at the album its another artistic cover a faded back ground which could relate to reality being a blur compared to dreams, another thing is the eyes are covered in colours dripping from them. That could show how the eyes are blinded by dreams sending different signals or illusional as the huge mix of different colours. The same with the mouth this could show the disease that its refering to being mixed up with different things, the use of the colours add a brightness to it as the back of it black and white and faded or smudged image in the back links to the title dreamers as it is surreal.

Giggs - When will it stop - Album Cover analysis
This is the album cover for Giggs and his album 'when will it stop'.
The cover of his album shows a post-apocalyptic vision of his native London a very damaged scene and represents danger and violence, the title of the album could also indicate the relation to the violence or on going issues in London and his music also tells the exact same story reading a review it said "The cover of his third album shows a post-apocalyptic vision of his native London, and it’s pretty much the same story with the music." This as a viewer helps understand the background or the content for the album. The whole scene behind the artist shows the disaster and also the artists problems linking in with the police which he has in past years. However the cover still shows a apocalyptic London which shows the that idea of the police versus gangs or crime, The artist being the centre of the cover and surrounded by the destructed scene puts him at the centre of attention and like he's the leader of it and last man standing as he's the only one in the city that survived. Also Giggs being dressed in all black also could link in with the film character 'Hit-Man' the character is dressed in all black and is usually confronted with problems from law enforcement, he is also walking forwards and is holding an object which could be seen as either a weapon of some sort or a complete opposite and carrying something that could represent peace. The artist in the cover is also generated with bright light surrounding him suggesting he is trying to present the right way as bright light surrounding someone connotes heavenly or being a light to others to follow in the same path. The setting allows him to stand out and could present a message.
Youngs Teflons - The Jungle book ep - Album cover analysis
This is an album by an artist called young Teflon, London based. His album is called 'the jungle book ep', from looking at the album you can the colour green in is the main and stand out colour which links in with the title being called jungle book. The colour green makes it relate to a jungle as its a green scenery, the colour green connotes growth and development however in this album cover its been taken from an area in London where there is a gang conflict. But this could also been seen as the main act being in the centre could be the leader of a growth and development phase for this area and the title could relate his experience in his area and the word jungle could help relate to how much of a long process and a struggle it could of been to get through to where he was. The design of the album cover also shows that it is splodged on and areas missing where it hasn't been fully painted up, there are also area's on the cover where it looks like a sketch and this adds the effect of making it seem artistic and adventurous.

location shots for music video
-Millennium square is one of the locations which will be shot in the video, the decision for using the location is because it is very popular and the idea for it is to shoot in this area at night with the lights in the area the main objective for display.
That is how it will look at night time and we will shoot some of our video from this area and this will add scenery effect of displaying the surrounding area of Bristol.
This scene is very eye catching at night especially because of the lights so this shot is in the plan to capture the area and the way the lights work at night. In this area we plan to get a pan left to right shot and from a worms eye view in the middle circling around everybody.
This area was used for most of our music video and shown in the video at night, was the time we used to shoot, the location was very useful and was great to use for the mise-en-scene due to its surroundings. There was a variety of things surrounding which were used to add to our video which increased the value of the location selected.

These are two shots of the studio we will be using for the video where the performers are rapping into the microphone. There will be a variety of shots circling around the artists when we film them shooting from different angles and different shots.
This venue was booked on dates we were free and was free when we were busy, so we were unable to use this as a part of our video and adjusted our planning and changed where the focus of our video would be, this was in our planning as a major part of our music video and would of been used heavily in the video, however we were able to work our way around it and still managed to get the filming completed.
